FAQs - Earning
How much can I earn on XYLO?
Your earning potential is based on your content, your subscription price and your engagement with your audience.
We payout:
80-82% on subscriptions
100% on Pay Per View/Private content sales
100% on Tips
100% on Pay Per Min Livestream
Our commission covers processing fee, hosting and maintenance costs and it allows us to keep the site operating.
How often do I get paid?
We are currently paying out on the last week of each month. Paying out monthly enables us to reduce fee's associated with paying creators. We are working on making this more frequent.
How do I receive my earnings?
Earnings will be paid directly into your chosen bank account via wire transfer/ACH. The deposit amount will be converted into your local currency. Please ensure your bank details are correct in 'Your Account' section.
Do you pay tax/VAT on my behalf?
All creators are responsible for paying their own tax on the earnings received. We are not responsible for any earnings undeclared to your local tax authorities.
How do you manage charge-backs?
We take charge-backs very seriously. To avoid them we make sure our customer service is on point to deal with any customers who express dissatisfaction with our service. We generally do not penalise creators for charge-backs and we hope to resolve the issue directly with the subscriber. However if it becomes a frequent issue with a specific profile, we will have no choice but to freeze the profile and earnings until appropriate action is taken and the charge-backs are resolved. This may result in expenses deducted from earnings.
I live in Brazil, can I use XYLO?
We do accept creators who are based in South America, however our payout process is different for creators in Brazil due to restrictions in place by the Brazilian government. Due to this bank/wire transfers are made via a third party transfer company. We are investigating better solutions and will notify creators affected as soon as these changes are made.
